The Tale of Khash
Story updated
Khash, a hearty soup made from simmered cow or sheep trotters, is an ancient Armenian winter dish traditionally eaten in the early morning, often after a night of socializing, believed to date back centuries as a way to use every part of the animal. It remains a wintertime social tradition, often eaten communally.
