Sheet-Pan Teriyaki Salmon and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce, divided
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- 2Toss the broccoli and bell pepper with olive oil and 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, then spread on one side of the sheet pan.
- 3Place the salmon fillets on the other side of the same pan and brush generously with the remaining teriyaki sauce and sesame oil.
- 4Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 5Sprinkle everything with sesame seeds and green onions right on the pan.
- 6Serve over rice, spooning any extra pan sauce over the top.
