Sriracha mayo pairs mayonnaise with sriracha, the Thai-style chile sauce popularized internationally by Huy Fong Foods, founded by Vietnamese immigrant David Tran in the 1980s. The combination became a widespread condiment in American fusion and fast-casual cooking during the 2000s and 2010s.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- 1Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
