Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F and pat the pork tenderloin dry.
- 2Season the tenderloin all over with salt and pepper.
- 3Whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, garlic, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
- 4Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes total.
- 5Brush half of the honey mustard glaze over the tenderloin and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- 6Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, brushing with the remaining glaze halfway through, until the center reaches 145°F.
- 7Rest the pork for 5 minutes before slicing and drizzling with any glaze left in the pan.
