Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook the ground pork, breaking it apart, for 6 to 7 minutes until browned.
- 2Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3Stir in the coleslaw mix and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, tossing frequently, until the cabbage wilts but still has a slight crunch.
- 4Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- 5Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until heated through and well combined.
- 6Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
