Pork and Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- 1Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook the ground pork, breaking it apart, for 5 to 6 minutes until browned.
- 2Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3Push the pork to one side, add the remaining oil, and stir-fry the cabbage and carrot for 4 to 5 minutes until they begin to soften but still have some crunch.
- 4Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar in a small bowl, then pour it over the pork and vegetables.
- 5Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes until well combined and heated through.
- 6Top with sliced green onions before serving.
