Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pre-baked 9-inch graham cracker crust
• 24 large marshmallows
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 3 tbsp green crème de menthe
• 2 tbsp white crème de cacao
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped

Instructions

1. 1Melt the marshmallows with the milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth, then remove from heat.
2. 2Stir in the crème de menthe and crème de cacao, then cool to room temperature.
3. 3Fold in the whipped cream.
4. 4Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
5. 5Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or until fully set, before slicing.
