The Tale of Chocolate Pudding
Story updated
Pudding has English roots dating back centuries, though early puddings were often savory, encased in animal casings or cloth and boiled. The sweet, custard-style chocolate pudding familiar today developed alongside chocolate's rise as a widely available ingredient in the 19th and 20th centuries.
