The Tale of Chicken Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
Story updated
Meatballs in tomato sauce are strongly associated with Italian and Italian-American cooking, though meatball dishes exist in many cultures worldwide. Chicken as the base, rather than traditional beef or pork, is a more modern, lighter adaptation favored in contemporary home cooking.

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 3 cups marinara sauce
