Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- sesame seeds and green onion, for garnish
Instructions
- 1Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken pieces for 6-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- 2Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- 3Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- 4Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- 5Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onion, then serve over rice.
