The Tale of Greek Yogurt Parfait
Story updated
Parfaits originated as elegant French desserts layered in glassware, but the breakfast version using yogurt, granola, and fruit is a modern American health-food adaptation that grew alongside Greek yogurt's surge in popularity in the 2000s and 2010s, turning the layered presentation into a wholesome morning option.
