Grilled T-Bone Steak with Herb Butter

Ingredients
- 2 T-bone steaks, about 1-inch thick
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
- 1Let the steaks come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes, then rub with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- 2In a small bowl, mash together the softened butter, garlic, parsley, and rosemary to form a compound butter.
- 3Preheat a grill to high heat.
- 4Grill the steaks for 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, until they reach an internal temperature of about 130-135°F.
- 5Remove from the grill and immediately top each steak with a spoonful of herb butter.
- 6Let the steaks rest for 5-8 minutes before serving so the juices redistribute.
