Beef and Snow Pea Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups snow peas, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- 1Toss the sliced steak with the cornstarch and let sit for 10 minutes.
- 2Whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
- 3Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat and sear the beef for 1-2 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.
- 4Add the remaining oil and stir-fry the snow peas and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- 5Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds, then return the beef to the pan.
- 6Pour in the sauce mixture and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until glossy and heated through.
- 7Serve immediately over cooked rice.
