Beef and Rice Bowl

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef (85/15)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- 1Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into crumbles, for 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
- 2Drain excess fat, then add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar, and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 4Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil.
- 5Divide the cooked rice among bowls and top with the beef mixture.
- 6Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
